App for counting carbs in cafe food?

Hi

I want to find an app that gives the carbohydrate content of foods sold in places like Pret and Itsu. Does anyone know if such an app exists?

Cronometer is good and has a bar code scanner as does MyFitnessPal. I believe they also list standard commercial chain food items. X
 
Pret has shelf edge labels with nutritional info including carbs for a lot of their products.
