Hello zr, i have been diagnosed with type 1 diabetes before 7 years ago. I have been trying to control it, however i dint see much deference. And i just saw a youtube video about apple cider vinegar and its use for treating diabetes. Did anyone have a clue about this vinagar and how to use it?

Apple cider vinegar is a type 2 thing. As a 1, you need insulin. If you have double diabetes (both 1 & 2] then maybe it’s a thing. But most likely not. Not as a type 1.
