Hi
Do members drink ACV and if you have seen any benefits- I’ve read a bit about it but am unsure whether to try it. I am type 2.

I made the mistake of trying white wine vinegar in water, and it was far too astringent, so I couldn't drink it.

Then I tried proper apple cider vinegar and it's quite pleasant. I drink two tablespoons in a tall glass of water.

I believe there is a small reduction in blood sugar, but sadly I'm too inconsistent with my diet to tell yet. I think it has to be worth a try though.

From what I recall from an old episode of "Trust me I'm a doctor"the ACV helped with lowering the blood sugar spike after eating carb heavy meals. The more pleasant solution is to not eat the carb heavy meals you then won't need the ACV.

I actually liked the stuff, put it in my fizzy water, and in my salads with olive oil. Sadly, it gave me migraines... But I still have a bottle hidden away just in case I feel the need to make myself suffer. (I liked it THAT much. And it helped with UTI's too.). Perfectly fine with T2, and supposedly good for a whole mass of metabolyc syndrome issues.
