Apple cider vinegar

I use Cider vinegar on salad sometimes because I like it but do not know if it makes any difference to BG levels. I know back in the 60/70's people drunk it.. in water I think.. as an aid to loosing weight. Have never needed to loose weight myself so don't know if it worked for them
 
I make my own apple cider vinegar - it's cloudy.
Very easy to make - chop up apples, stuff in a kilner jar, cover with water, wait.
 
How do you drink the stuff ? I haven't found a way yet, really want to try it but struggling to get over the acidic taste, dont want to put anything in it that might lessen its effect

I don't know about any effect it might have, but try adding some low carb squash - Ribena do some.
They are too sweet for my taste but adding vinegar changes them enough to be potable.
