Apps for iPhone to count carbs in homemade recipes?

Does anybody know of an app which will enable me to do this? I panic every time in case I estate incorrectly and she takes too much/little insulin. Thanks. ( Mother of a type 1 teenage girl).
 
We use MyFitnessPal. You can scan almost everything into it these days, plus there is a massive database you can use to look up almost anything you need.
