I am sat here at work munching my way through a lovely breakfast but I am not sure if these foods are allowed on a low--carb diet, could someone please advise.
Full fat motrella (sp)
Edam cheese
Haslet
Chicken roll with stuffing
Hot dog sausages.

Haslet (to be honest I don't know what this is...)
Chicken roll with stuffing the stuffing is probably made from bread so is probably carby. Probably alright in small amounts.
Hot dog sausages.

Was the chicken roll in a bread roll? that would be about 30g carbs, plus the carbs in the stuffing.
Hot dog sausages may have some carbs in - check the package if you can.
Haslet I'm not sure about, despite catherinecherub's useful link. I think it depends who made it - 'commercial' haslet as I used to know it in Birmingham would certainly contain saturated fat, and probably more than 4% carbs. That's if we're talking about the same thing!
How low are you trying to take your carbs? I don't eat carbs at breakfast, so yours would be no good for me - the bread roll is a whole day's allowance. I'm aiming for 30g carb a day -ish. If you're aiming for more than that you''ll have to work it in to your allowance and maybe eat very few carbs for the rest of the day. Do you have a meter?
Isn't a chicken roll with stuffing reconstituted chicken with stuffing in the middle, ie no bread involved? You can buy it on deli counters or pre sliced and vacuum packed.
It's a long time since I've eaten Haslet but from what I remember it's pork meat with added herbs and it tastes quite peppery, my mother would buy this when we were children as it was one of the cheaper meats on the cold meat counter.
