Hi,
Im a 19 year old girl from the US who's been experiencing dizziness, so I got a meter and decided to begin testing my blood sugar as diabetes (type 2) is very common in my family. That said, I'm extremely active and an athlete who eats well.
After eating chicken and broccoli with some sweet sauce, my blood sugar was as follows
one hour: 165
one hour and thirty minutes: 165
two hours: 125
three hours:110
my blood sugar when I woke up this morning was 80.
Generally, it seems fine although the 165 seems high. Any insight?
thank you!
