arm and leg pain

hi just wanted some advice ive got pain in my arms and legs.if I walk my right leg goes really heavy and a burning feeling.and my arms if I touch them it feels like I'm pressing on a bad bruise and hurt when I move them or lay on them.ive been to doctor and he's given me zapain tablets but not helping
