About a year ago, I was given some of those exante meals by a friend. Just the flavours she didn't like, so I may not have received the cream of the crop!
It was interesting. I liked the shakes. The hot meals were... um... OK. The soups were very disappointing.
The thought of phaffing with two sachets and a rolling pin, in order to get a tiddly little cheese deficient piece of soy protein cardboard 'pizza'... No, No, NO!
Besides, they have about 15 g of quick release carbs in a typical sachet.
I was carb craving within 2 hrs of each sachet I tried.
Obviously, everyone is different and exante may suit other people,
but I would rather have this:
