Some of them really spike my blood sugar levels and some others don't. I agree with the advice to cautiously try them and make a note of the ones that effect your body.
My view has been even before LCHF way of eating is that I don’t want to get used to eating things that taste sweet. I have a hard time just eating a little bit.
Some do and some don't. I always have higher BG next morning if I have ace-k the evening before. Erythritol apparently does not move your insulin or glucose. Not sure about all the others.
