Artificial Sweetners

What is the best artificial sweetner to use. I like to adjust recipes to make them more acceptable.

I prefer to use what I consider to ne "alternative" rather than artificial sweeteners, so erythritol and stevia, either on combination or individually. But you need to watch for any bulking agents added to stevia as it 's extemenely aweet on its own.

Be aware that Stevia doesn’t taste sweet to everyone.

Allulose is my favourite now. No aftertaste. Or Monk fruit with erythritol.

I've found sukrin gold good. Doesn't have the weird after taste some do. Seems to be stevia based.
