Please go extremely careful with Aspirin and consult with your GP and your Ophthalmologist. My eye sight began to deteriorate rapidly and I was on aspirin. Prescribed about 10 years ago. Decided it was as cheap for me to buy so no longer on my prescription list and off GP radar. Ophthalmologist about to prescribe Eyelea treatment consisting of injections in to the eye ball. I asked for a further review in three months and took myself off aspirin and within 3 months eyes had returned to as near normal as possible and no longer need for injections. BUT everyone is medically different so do ensure you get correct medical advise for your circumstances
