Does anyone on here without any cardiovascular problems take aspirin or do you take it when you feel a pain in your chest/arm?

aspirin .
point to note ,it is a little wonder pill used to thin blood i believe so on also great with heart problems
just a point worth noting if you have eye bleeds or any tiny form of leaking blood vessel s in eyes have advised to stop taking
as Rockeerox points out prevention of certain types of ills ,cannot advise on chest pains may be nurse or doc can help good luck .
vic 60 years on insulin

I take one 81mg aspirin per day as a blood thinner since my stroke used to take 3aday but my Heart Doctor says latest info is that 1 tab works as well as 3 Recently my Wife also had a stroke her doc in the same hospital prescribes 2 x 81mg tabs a day go figure

Last time my mother (almost 92) saw a cardiologist he told her to stop taking them as they were no longer recommended..
I think he said they caused more problems than they solved.
