If you eat too many of them it won't just be in the morning that you'll be worrying about "dumping". And I'm not talking about the liver kind, if you catch my drift.

Both are lovely and Ive just had my mates husband asking me to make him some Rocky Road, he certainly isn't low carbing but loves it!
