Hello
Wonder if anyone can help me, im in Zimbabwe and when i was diagnosed with Diabetes 23years ago my father was lucky enough to go to London and met with the Diabetic Association. He brought me an auto injector (you put a syringe with the insulin already drawn up into it and it does the injection with a push of a button).. I am wondering if anyone knows where i may be able to get another one or something similar, because i have a fear of needles and do not see me being able to stick a needle into me nor use a pen.

Please let me know
Thank you
Amanda

There is another similar device although it uses the novopen rather than a syringe. It will insert the needle for you but you still need to press down on the dial to push the insulin in. I have one which we tried out of my daughter when she was starting to do her own injections. It's not the same as what you're looking for but something similar.
