Thanks for all the suggestions re bread and CHOCOLATE ...... mouth watering as I read them.

Have another question. Have any of you bought anything from avidlite. They seem to have a wide range of deserts, sweets, bread etc. Just wondering if anyone has any opinions on any of the items.

I haven't tried their own brand products but I'd advise you to stay away from their sweets and chocolate, or at least consume very small amounts. I found out the hard and painful way that anything which has "May have a laxative effect" on the label tends to melt your intestines.
