Avocado and Worcestershire Sauce - Lovely

I am a newbie on here, but having looked at the low carb choices suggested both avocado and Worcestershire sauce are good.

For some reason they seem to go together well (assuming you like the individual flavours). Just halve the avocado, take the stone out, cube the flesh down to the skin, add a shake of the sauce and manipulate to spread it through the cuts.

It is quick, easy and I love it: I know what my lunches on the go are going to look like...
