Don't cancel! Go and buy a new dress and let your hair down! Are you providing the food? Even better if so! Going out for food shouldn't be an issue! Just pass on the carbs and sweet stuff! What did you eat? I like lchf as I don't feel deprived and more importantly bs keeps in check. Have a read of www.dietdoctor.com. For me it was a revelation!Thank u everyone all of this advice is amazing and I am truly grateful to u all. I think mt anxiety is raised as I was meant to be having a small party for my bday which has now grown into something bigger. I am now considering cancelling, and as for the Xmas do's I think I maybe cancelling one of them to. I need to realise I have had a tough year which coincidentally started this time last year! X
Yes not sure if others have been on the education course it's two hrs a week for six weeks, looking forward to it. Thanks again everyone I am really so grateful for all of yr help. Even managed a works doo this evening first time of being out out for a very very long time! Xx
I've got my DESMOND book still after 4 years and still refer to the sections Health Profile and My Action Plan to see what my goals were and how I did and changed goals as they were met or maybe a bit too wishful thinking. Keep any goals simple and not too hard to meet. Btw it is my left jaw joint and have been referred to the Dental Hospital. Thought about going out but am gonna settle for some DVDs and some hot bovril. Icy outside now, going down to -4C here tonight.
I will Pavlovsdog, I'm a pretty resilient character as you know. Spoke to by big sister on the phone and she said it was because I talk to much lol. Nearly burst out laughing...she's a rotter (but she loves me very much)..aww
Hope you enjoyed your bovril and DVD! Don't blame you for staying in, I have one more night out and that's it for me until SpringYour sister sounds like most big sisters! But sounds like she is a good support
Bovril and DVD ?..............He'd be better off with a cracker and cheese. Can I take it then that he doesn't want to watch that DVD again
Adrian, you have the same sense of humour as me lol...dvd and bovril could be low carb though lolBovril and DVD ?..............He'd be better off with a cracker and cheese. Can I take it then that he doesn't want to watch that DVD again
I have 5 sisters one of which is my twin, she's older by 45 mins and thinks she's the boss. My mother was a widow and I got no brothers so a pretty strange upbringing for me...Hope you enjoyed your bovril and DVD!
