B12 can u get sore bones and sore skin and I get a rash wen I get to hot is that supposed to happen

There are many different kinds of vitamin b12 best to seek out which is the best for humans , dont remember right now which formula is the better . As I remember there is about 8 different chemical combinations and only 2 are really good for humans
