Hey guys!

Just had my HbA1c today and have returned to the 5s...just! 5.9% to be precise! I wasn't expecting it as I've had a couple of bad weeks with my BG blipping about, so I was really pleased. I know it's not much different from last one (which was 6.1%), but psychologically it felt much better :D Even the Registrar telling me I should try to raise it a little didn't get me down - I just smiled and said 'I hear what you are saying'. He laughed and said 'You have no intention of taking that advice do you?' - so finally we agreed on something :lol:

Thanks Guys! The 5s might be short-lived because I've changed my basal insulin from Insuman to Levemir and am having to get used to its different action. Lots of 9s and 10s for the past couple of days. Hopefully a return to good levels soon but without the Insuman hypos!
