Back on happy pills :(

Hi Brett

Diabetes does get you down sometimes, but you have to do what you think is best for you, I hope you feel better soon. I have never been on happy pills but i have 3 kids they seem to cheer me up when i'm feeling down, plus a nutty husband who is always dancing and singing (can be irrating sometimes but you have to laugh at him even if its just to humor him)

Hi tracy, also got a silly other half and a great 9 year old boy. If it wernt for them I'd be even worse. They have been amazing from the start. Think my boy knows more about D' than some professionals reading some of the posts lol

I am desperate! after taking steroid tabs for a terrible asthma attack... I just cant get my sugars back
down again... I am showing numbers in double figures, up to 32 on the meter. I follow the advice of
the nurses, increasing the insulin.. and my lantus at night... so far no luck.. so I feel very down and
out of control... I have had diabeties for over 20 years, but still cant get back my usual lowish numbers.
Scared to use great numbers of insulin as it leadsto hypos... help ???
