Back to basics spiking after tea

Hi I have forgotten the basics
My blood sugar is spiking at 2 hours after eating I am on fiasp I wait 20 minutes before eating. I am on 1 unit to 17g of carbs still in honeymoon phase
My spiking has started this week for the last 4 evenings

That all sounds fairly normal. Insulin will still be in your system working away. It is an issue if the higher level remains. Then you would start looking at doses and timings.

Depends on what you're eating but a spike is perfectly normal, some foods spike me higher like mash, rice but as long as you're back in range again 3-4 hours later then all good.
