Hi there!

I'm planning on travelling Europe for a month this summer (Interailing) and was just wondering if any Type 1 Diabetics had any good tips? For example the best way to store insulin (since I'll be out and about most days and in hostels)? Etc..

Hi NC93.

From what I've read in the forums, most of us use the Frio travel bags/pouches to keep insulin cool. You just pop it in water to energise the crystals and it can last several days before it needs a recharge.

Available from many places including Amazon.
