Over the last two months I've been on and off a ketogenic diet to try and reverse my pre diabetic diagnostic.

Lost well over 21 lbs but there has been terrible complications.

I am finding that if I don't have some porridge late day I start too get heart paputations, worry like mad and get really bad muscle faituge to the point where I end up crawling on the floor.

I am someone who use to drink 2l of soda a day and eat deli sandwiches 247 to relieve stress. Now I hardly touch carbs. Is this withdrawal symptoms or excess insulin pushing my BG levels down?

I also have recently got a super bloated stomach which makes me feel so uneasy and I have to literally hold my stomach while walking. Can nutritional yeast cause this?

At the moment I have sod all support. Parents just yell at me and downplay my struggles. Drs look at me like I'm the village idiot. Social care NHS england said they can't help. And the worst thing is ....... I live conservative UK heartland Lincolnshire so there is no community other than neighbors joining in on some good old fashion bullying the ill / disabled person.

Really am feeling without a shred of hope.

Back in 2010 I was on the disability forums helping people though the welfare cuts, now I know the real extent to how vulnerable the poorest where.

The NHS no longer exists and as far NHS services goes my gov is all talk and 1-2 year waiting ques to see an actual specialist ....

I see why many disabled friends just couldn't manage .... I should of did more while I still had my strength.

Are you checking your blood sugar levels when you feel this way in the afternoons? Hard to know what is going on if you're not. As to the nutritional yeast & bloating I suppose it's possible you are intolerant to it - have you tried not having it to see if it reduces the bloating? You also say that you've been on & off the keto diet - all that chopping & changing is bound to make you feel lousy as it won't give your body a chance to adapt. Basically, a bit more info would be helpful :)

Bloating is possible with nutritional yeast especially if you are not used to it, are you following a vegan diet?

I can only recommend gently reducing carbs if you are feeling unwell on keto and giving your body time to adjust, it's not a race or just a diet but aim to find a sustainable way of eating to improve health for me.
