Hey @62Rose
Are you testing your blood? (Apologies if that's been asked previously elsewhere) How was your BG yesterday? Are you LCHF?
It could just be that you're exhausted and a bit wrung-out. Or coming down with a bug. @ringi once suggested a stock cube in a cup of hot water as a restorative. It sounds vile (though it's much nicer than you'd think) but I find it's effective every time, whether I've got an upset stomach, especially awful period or am just feeling blurgy.
If you're still feeling icky tomorrow, get a GP appointment, just in case. However, fingers crossed you get well soon.
Sock xx
Sounds like maybe you had a bit to much of the good time and now you are feeling the after affects. Drink plenty of fluid and rest and if you still feel bad tomorrow maybe try and see the doctor as you might have a bug You say you usually eat every one to two hours do you really feel you need to eat that often.
Hi, again.
I can't remember but have you a glucometer?
Not knowing what is happening with your blood glucose levels may be part of the problems you are having.
It all sounds like hypos or false hypos or even fluctuating levels, it even could be carb flu! These are all relative to the symptoms you are having. If you are not testing when you are going through these symptoms, we could be advising you wrongly.
Bet you will be glad when Thursday comes around!
If it is anxiety it has been going on for years and i somehow doubt it more likely to be the pancreatitis or cysts. I will be asking about insulin levels but I just read my HB1ac was 5.3% back in August so that’s ok I think? I actually think it was exhaustion and not eating enough and at the right time maybe. Some potentially personal questions, but it's easy to go "Diabetes!" whenever anything odd or unexpected happens. Is there a chance you could be suffering from reflux or some kind of anxiety? When I'm super-worried about stuff, I tend to shoulder it well during the day (read: internalise) and then wake up in a panic in the middle of the night - what you described reminded me strongly of this.
However, and pleased that you're feeling a little better. Just take it slowly, look after yourself. xx
