I am currently suffering with really bad hay ever. I have an annoying cough mucus ear ache bad chest I have tried lemon honey ginger, Vicks inhaler but it does not seem to be getting any better.
It's probably worth ringing 111 for advice and possibly antibiotics, especially if your blood sugars are higher, and also doing a lateral flow test if you haven't already, to check it's not Covid.
If you're sure it's hayfever, over the counter anti histamines work well, I take loratadine (Claritin) but there are lots of others, plus Beconase nasal spray. Ask your pharmacist for advise
Agree with the above.
Best way to attack hayfever for me (along with chronic rhinitus) is antihistamines and a nasal spray.
You need to build up antihistamines over a few days to get full 'relief' from hayfever.
