Hia - wondering if anyone else suffers with really bad skin breakouts? I'm a T1 diabetic and my skin is not always reactive / spotty but now and again it errupts and I'm wondering if its linked to diabetes.

My blood sugars are fairly well controlled now (hardly ever over 9) and I eat well normally and haven't changed my diet in the last few months.

When I say bad, these spots are really hard and sore and full of puss. They also seem worse on my forehead. Any suggestions for treatment would be appreciated.

If the spots are full of pus then you have a bacterial infection and need to see your Dr to get it sorted. :)

Not really knowing what's going on inside my Endocrine system!!!
Intersting. I had perfect skin until i started insulin 4 weeks ago.
My spots are pretty deep.and sore. They start sometimes like hives but some go on to have pus heads. They always start itchy first. Mainly the face but i get tiny itchy water spots on upper arms or hives.
Do you experience this Riri?

Hello - no I don't get anything on upper arms and none of the ones on my face are itchy (although they do have pus heads and are quite sore). I have found that I have also got a lot on my back as well as my face - a friend of mine suggested evening primrose oil but I think it may warrant a doctor to have a look first.
