It's been a few days now where I've suffered with bad tummy cramps its really painful an sometimes the pain worsens at time an it mainly on my right side of my stomach.
The medication im on is Slow release metformin
And Linagliptin and not forgetting im on insulin 5 times a day.
Any ideas what it could be or what is causing the cramps?

You really shouldn't try to get a diagnosis off random people on the internet. Doctors are generally good at this kind of thing, or if you're in the UK and can't get to one easily, calling 111 (the non-emergency number) might help. It could be something serious and if people tell you it's not you could get much worse, if you believe them, or it could be nothing but people tell you it could be something drastic, and you'll be in state of worry when you needn't be.

Hi. If you are on Basal Bolus insulin you may not really need either the Metformin or the Sitagliptin so do discuss this with the GP to check the pros and cons. If either of these drugs is the cause of the problem then that might be one way forward. There are many causes of stomach cramps so discuss with the GP to try to determine the cause.
