Bad visit to nurse today

Lucy.
Try booking an appointment to see the practice manager in person, explain to him/her face to face what happened.
Be firm , blunt and emphasise the specific point of concern you have.
This way you will know you have handled it all directly to the practice manager in person ! [no receptionists handling your letter etc... ]
I did this with my own GP practice and totally turned everything around in MY favour.
My areas of concern were noted and documented by my GP pratice manager, presented, addressed and discussed at their next staff meeting.
I immediately turned poor patient care into much improved excellent patient care...
Worth trying this route.
Hope this helps ?
Anna.x :)
