Does anyone have a decent recipe for this? I have low GI and found some on the web but most seem to add alot of sugar. I know its OK to have some but was hoping to find someone who has actually baked the thing! Many thanks.

I love banana loaf, but now don't eat banana as full of starch/carbs, try the breakfast loaf on here in receive section. Add banana essence maybe?

Thanks, but I am trying to use up the squishy going black bananas I have left. I know they have even more sugars in them, and I also find they raise BG alot faster than most other fruits. However when in with the correct other ingredients and taking the correct amount of insulin to cover the carb content a small piece now and again should be OK. Hubby will eat the rest with his lunchbox as usually the bread reamins fiarly most for a few days!!!
