Anybody just watched superfoods, baobab super fruit powder and diabetes, they did an experiment with white bread and blood glucose spiking, testing bloods one day, then again after same amount of bread but with a smoothie, it showed that it curved the spike of glucose after eating white bread alone, as an example. Any thoughts...
I've just been Googling and reading about it after watching the program too. Interesting, not sure what to think yet, need to do more investigation I think.
