Bariatric Surgery

A journalist who writes for the Daily Mail is looking for someone (male or female) aged 40 upwards who had some form of bariatric surgery to tackle their type 2 diabetes.

They’d like to speak to someone about what life was like before and how they feel now – plus what surgery was like and how fast they got results. You’d need to be willing to be named and photographed for an article.

There will be a small thank you fee on publication.

If you can help, please contact [email protected] by Thursday 15th January.

I advise beware, journalists usually don't want to tell your story. They want to use your story to emphasise their preconceived ideas.
This is the same newspaper that likes to make sweeping statements about fat people!
