Basal once a day

Hi Everyone,

I currently inject 22 units of Insuman Basal each morning. My Fasting reads are normally around 8 then spike slightly after breakfast and then drop all day.

should I divided my basal into twice a day - morning and night? My next clinic appointment is not until Decemver/January

your before breakfast is about 8... what are your drop all day numbers?

yesterdays reads were pre and after food: Breakfast 8.2 then 9.2 Lunch 6.0 then 5.4, evening 5.4 then 8.9. Felt off/unwell and could not sleep for some reason.
this morning before breakfast 7.7 after 9.8 - I had a different yoghurt this morning.

I'm sure Insuman is an intermediate acting insulin, if I were you I would speak with your diabetes team about your bg levels and insulin doses, they will advise you further.
