Bayer Contour case??

:wave: Hi, I have a Bayer Contour blood machine. I actually think I got it off this site for free? But not sure on that one...

Anyway, the plastic part inside the case that holds the machine has ripped and the machine keeps falling out! Could anyone please tell me where I could get a new case please?

I bet you Bayer woud send you one if you ask them nicely. The case is worth all of about 3p, and they're like heroin dealers, happy to be nice to you as long as they can keep selling you strips.*

(*based on the experiences of Zammo McGuire in Grange Hill. I don't have any personal experience of heroin dealers).
 
Borofergie's right. They're strip pimps. They'll give you a whole new machine if you like. If you're not "registered", they'll just note the serial number off the machine and then you will be "registered" and can get free replacement parts. I believe they'll even give you free replacement batteries. I've got two machines now - they just sent me another free machine wen I entered one of their many "win a free meter" competitions online. I didn't win, but they sent me one anyway with a note saying "with our compliments"; new machines always come with a small supply of strips free! :clap:
