Bayer kindly sent me a contour next USB and contour XT meters free a couple of months ago 
. I ordered some of the extra freebies that you can order once the meters are registered and forgot about ordering them. A couple of weeks ago I remembered about them and that I had not received all the goodies.
Out of curiosity I emailed their c/s and was told they had been despatched within a couple of days of the order. Not only did they resend the items that were lost in the post, but a surprise package arrived today from them. They have sent me another contour next USB meter and included the mains charger free. Now I don't have to remember to switch meters from coat to coat when going out.
