Should be predictable though.
High sugar, lots of sweet stuff, cakes, bad starches, low fat, lots of weight gain.
High fat, no carbs, weight loss.
It would be better if it wasn't extreme, I'll wait in hope.

Douglas, if there was 3, you'd want a 4th lol ;-)Never doubted the Atkin's type diet works, and I've certainly been proof of a diet of donuts for putting on weight!
(What we really need is a third sibling, on a portion controlled balanced plate)
I do know from experience how bad excess of cakes and biscuits are!
