    Can a type 2 diabetic take bcca drink while training.

    I have taken them with no ill effects so far. It is thought they help prevent muscle loss burn fat and promote mass gain.

    I did read that before taking BCAA it did not deter me though and so far have had no detrimental effects. You should however refrain from taking it with protein as it does not work fully if you do, I also take L-Arganine as that improves insulin resistance.

    when all said and done it is an individual choice and you accept the risks or you do not.
