My advice would be ...
If you can afford it buy a thermometer, BP monitor, finger monitor to measure heart rate and oxygen levels and if diabetic, a BG monitor with plenty of test strips.
My BP was very high when I had the virus, unfortunately I didn't have a monitor for my oxygen levels back then.
If you know the effect the virus is having on you then you can do something about it.

Oh and don't bother with the vapour rub for the chest, when your lungs and airways are so dry they hurt the last thing you need is a decongestant.

I just bought a thermometer and a blood pressure monitor, did it online and just going to use the blood pressure machine, as my diabetes consultant, on a telephone consultation call last week asked me if I knew my BP and I said no, as I haven't had a diabetes hospital appointment for over 2 years !!
