Hi
Do you guys have an aim for a bedtime blood sugar level before letting your children sleep. We are starting to feel like we are having some control for the first time. I read somewhere that 10 is a good level for sleep? Last night at 7 my daughter was 6.7 and we gave her a handful of cashews and she was 9.7 through the night and 6.4 waking. This felt good to us as she is recently diagnosed and been running high for the three weeks since diagnosis.
I'd like to know other people's thoughts
Thanks
Stuart
