Hi all,

I know that my bs generally drops quite a bit during the night and I normally try to go to bed with bs of between 8-9 so that it will be right in the morning which normally happens

However tonight my blood was 6.6 before bed not sure what I should do as I dont want to risk a hypo during the night but I dont want to eat sonething and then be high in the morning and have to start again with getting levels down. What does everyone thik is best to do, please help?

Also what bs do you like to go to bed at to give me an idea of the best bs level for bed tine do you like being high for bed?

Hi,

Better to have a little something to stop any night time hypo. One slice of bread should do it, it's 25 (ish) grams of carbs so your back ground dose should mop it up naturally.
