Not sure if it is beneficail but I love ground cinnamon sprinkled on my berries and greek yougurtSince joining this site a few days ago I have come across people that are taking Cinnamon on a regular basis. And came across some good information. Apparently is had health benefits in other areas such as treatment of Arthritis as well which I suffer from. OK my question is for those who use it, have you found it helpful.
Oh and I found this recipe Yesterday and tried it this morning, I was very nice.
1 flat teaspoonful Cinnamon powder.
2 teaspoons Honey.
Take in the morning before breakfast.
Or you can add it to boiled water and sip like tea.

I love food cooked with the spice of turmeric and coconut .......Both cinnamon and turmeric. I use these on a daily basis and find them extremely beneficial.
