Hi,
What app do people use to check the carb contents of the food they eat both a home and dining out? Ive seen a few but they dont seem very comprehensive.
Any help appreciated, thanks.

Hi @bluebeard90 I use a little book by Collins a Collins Gem Carb Counter, A very discreet compendium of carbs :)

Hi
I don't use an app because I can do everything I need on my own spreadsheet. However, when I need dietary info, I go to the Fat Secret website, it's free and pretty comprehensive. When the macronutrients I want aren't listed, I go to the manufacturer's website or one of the big retailer's websites, eg Waitrose, Tesco.

Hello @bluebeard90 I use myfitnesspal . You set your own goals and keep your own food diary. The majority of foods I eat are pre calculated for calories, carbs, fat etc. I find it really useful. You can also log your exercise.

I use cals &carbs app also weatherspoons do an app of their menu which is useful for typical pub grub
