Best film music?

Loved Rocky Horror Show too. There was something strangely appealing with Tim Rice in full slap, basque and heels :D

No contest for me really.

Has to be Shoot to Thrill from the Iron Man 2 film by AC/DC

...... that reminds me ...... I really need to get my wife one of those outfits the dancing girls are wearing ;):)

Just thought of another one - Van Morrison's Moondance, in "An American Werewolf In London".

This has nothing to do with the fact that it accompanies Jenny Agutter in a shower, lots of soap suds and not much else. Perish the thought .... :)

Great question. I've always loved the theme music from The Great Escape. LOVE Steve McQueen. I'm also partial to most of the Bond Soundtracks. They're all classics. My fav...hmmm, probably Live & Let Die.

Ok it's the wife's choice ... I could not think of anything :)

Ooh love Iris:) Must dig out my CD single - yes I still own CDs, have no idea how to work modern technology or 'download' anything!

Loved the soundtracks to Wild Things and The Matrix.

You can't really talk about this without including Baz Luhrmann films. Romeo and Juliet, Moulin Rouge and The Great Gatsby have what I consider to be stand out soundtracks for modern films.
Yes sound track to Romeo & Juliet is one of my favourite albums especially Des'ree I'm Kissing You which I have just listened to on YouTube
