Do you have a meter? If so, you can find your own, tailor made fruit intake.
For me, portion size is key. And having fruit after a main meal, with a sploosh of cream slows digestion a bit, which also helps.
I can get away with 2 medium strawberries
Or a handful of blueberries
Or half a dozen cherries
Or 1/4 of an orange
Or 1/4 apple
I usually give the rest of the orange or apple to Mr B
I cannot eat bananas, grapes, mangos or anything really sweet like an over ripe pear.
