Best LCHF Recipe/Diet book?

Can anyone recommend a good LCHF book, i'm looking for something that can give me recipe and choice option for the day/week so i can follow a plan, if you know of a decent book for type 1s i would really appreciate someone with some LCHF knowledge pointing me in the right direction.

Hi Spencer - no luck on this? I was just having a search through Amazon and whilst there are a few LCHF books, none of them (as far as I can see) reference diabetics. I'm a bit loathed to spend £15+ on a book that suggests low carb but in reality everything has 25g+ per serving.

www.dietdoctor.com has recipes as well as the "what have you eaten today" thread on this site. You don't need to buy cookbooks at all.
