Hi, I’m new here. I've been learning as much as I can about diabetes after finding out my mom had gestational diabetes when she had me (she recently got diagnosed with prediabetes). I also have a family history of T1 (and a few non-blood relatives with T2). I was wondering, what tools or methods do you feel have helped you the most with managing your diabetes? And managing any kind of related stress? Where do you feel like your biggest gaps are in terms of handling everything? How have your needs changed over the course of your diagnosed life? Would really, really appreciate your thoughts on all or any of these.
