best milk?

Try nut or soya milk but make sure these are unsweetened! Cream is also great for coffee and cocoa drinks. Always look at the nutritional labelling to check (a) that there's no added sugar, and (b) for very low carbohydrate content. If you must use milk try lactose free milk, or go for the highest fat/full cream types as these contain fewest carbohydrates.

I use Alpro almond (unsweetened) and double cream.

I'm on Lactofree so will just buy more of it for the husband. TY all!

Lactofree still quite high.. I use Alpro Soya Wholebean 0.2g of carb per 100g as opposed to lactofree 2.8g. Tastes ok in tea and for coffee I do a 50:50 mix with double cream.
