I'm vegan so cheese is a non-starter besides, a few ounces over a week usually makes me go deaf! Good reason to avoid it.
When I want nibbles, I have a few options - olives of any kind are good, so are cherry tomatoes. If my bg is quite low, I can handle a satsuma or a small orange. Otherwise it's peanut butter.
Thinking of trying kale crisps but I don't know the carb value yet, so it may not be an option.
