What is the best treatment for extreme ed? I have been a diabetic for 23 years and have tried the pump, injections & other various treatments - none have worked. Is there anything else I might try?

Most long term diagnosed diabetic suffer with sexual problems. WE are prone to Neuropathy, well we can suffer with E D as well. We can lose sensation in our genitals. It may be worth talking to your doctor or diabetic nurse or even family planning may be able to advise
