Just a quick query because I'm getting really frustrated with this. Whenever I order some more BG test strips from my pharmacy they always send me the ketone ones.
The names of the two items are exactly the same apart from the last word which is either ketone or glucose.
Does anyone else have this problem? I've phoned regularly to correct this mistake and whilst they are always accommodating it continues to happen. Currently I just order a box of each to avoid the mix up but it seems like a waste of ketone strips sitting in my cupboard.
